Well, I seem to have my super power under control again.  The alarm went of at 4:45 AM today so I could get 3+ hours in before Kim had to leave to meet someone.  I was pretty slow getting ready and headed out at 5:10 onto damp roads but clear skys. (more…)

Weird day that ended up ok.  I was supposed to ride this morning at 5 AM.  I listened to my brain, which I shouldn’t do because it negiotiates with me.  It convinced me that I needed sleep more than I needed miles so I went back to sleep.  I do have my first Century ride this weekend, Flying Wheels Summer Century, and so my brain argued that I should rest up since I’ve been staying up late a lot recently.
