I’ve not gone into the lower valley in about 8 weeks so I decided to head that way this morning. I’m still waiting for my Hammer Nutrition order so I did the Banana and dried Apricots fueling plan. Normally I would take some more back roads but since 202 will be my main commute road for the next few weeks I thought I’d just ride it. (more…)
