Got on the trainer this morning. The girls were watching “Ben 10″ episodes on DVD so I watched while I rode. I got on to ‘get a ride in’ and didn’t have a plan. I did some ILT and some spin-ups but without a real plan. Felt good to check mark the ride but I don’t think it really did much for my fitness.
