Did workout 1 of the pedaling technique workout right before dinner. I had a bit of a breakthrough, and a new task master. My 4 yr old was watching me and wanted me to follow along with the video, exactly. Daddy, sit up. Daddy, wipe your face with your towel. Daddy, take a drink. Luckily her attention span is sort and she soon tired of watching 3 guys and 2 girls ride stationary bike trainers. (more…)
